The ClassicCard Platinum and Senior Plans provide a network of contracted providers and facilities to help patients fully recover from an illness or to provide extended care as long as necessary. Savings can be 5% to 30% of the normal charges from these contracted entities.
Home health care, care in a hospice or care at extended care facilities such as skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation facilities are included.
The substantial discounts members receive are based upon average charges in the geographic area where members reside or where medical benefits and services are actually used and are subject to change. The percentage of savings a member experiences may vary by region.
