Save 5% to 40% on visits to a doctor in your area. The network has over 400,000 participating physicians nationwide in all specialties including:

Save 5% to 50% on non-physician providers and medical services such as an MRI, CAT scan and other medical services at numerous locations.

Members simply make an appointment with a participating provider from a list included in the Membership Package or available online by searching a provider. Participating providers can also be located by calling the member's Personal Consumer Helper. For hospital stays, an initial deposit of $1,000 may be required and payment must be made within 30 days of service. You will obtain a discount on the best price available for the service received on the date the service is received.

The substantial discounts members receive are based upon average charges in the geographic area where members reside or where medical benefits and services are actually used and are subject to change. The percentage of savings a member experiences may vary by region.
