The answers to long-term health care questions are just a phone call away-information about homemaker services, transitional care, adult day care, hospices, rehabilitation facilities, and more. Professional nurses will provide information about long-term care options and typical costs.

We have an extensive database of state licensed providers. And if a member requests, we'll even schedule appointments with the recommended providers of their choice and work with the member on a personal basis to arrange special discounts on services and facilities whenever possible.
