A: ClassicCard provides access to discount networks in order to save you money on your healthcare and other service needs. ClassicCard is not insurance.
Q: How many plans does ClassicCard offer?
A: ClassicCard offers three plans as follows:

The ClassicCard Gold provides the basic discounts and services of Prescriptions, Dental,Vision, Hearing, Vitamins, Home Medical Equipment, Ask-A-Nurse Hotline and Concierge
Service.

The ClassicCard Platinum Plan includes all the ClassicCard Gold Plan discounts
and all other available services such as Hospital, Physician, Medical, etc.

The ClassicCard Senior Plan is for elderly individuals and provides basic savings on Prescription Drugs, Dental, Vision, Hearing, Vitamins and Home Medical Equipmentand. The ClassicCard Senior Plan includes access to our toll-free Ask-A-Nurse Hotline and Concierge Service, Extended Care for Home Health and Long-Term Care, and Senior Care Information and Referral services.
Q: Which providers will honor the ClassicCard identification card?
A: An enrollment Membership Package will be sent you that will include a listing of the most commonly used healthcare and service providers in your area who are in the program.
Q: Can my children recieve savings? Can my parents recieve savings?
A: Children at home or away at school can be enrolled under the Gold, Platinum or Senior Plans. A member's parents are not covered unless they purchase their own card.
Q: How often can I use the ClassicCard?
A: As often as you like.

Q: What happens if I lose my ClassicCard identification card?
A: Just call one of our Personal Consumer Helpers and we'll send you a new card.
Q: How long does it take to get enrolled and start receiving savings?
A: It usually takes 48 hours to process an enrollment. Once completed, your Membership Package will be mailed to you. When you first become a member, please review the package carefully or call one our Personal Consumer Helpers to walk through the materials so that you can make maximum use of your savings. You can start using your ClassicCard savings and services as soon as you receive your Membership Package.
Q. What happens to my savings when I travel or when I am on vacation?
A. ClassicCard savings are supported by a nationwide network of accredited providers. When you first enroll, you will be provided with a complete listing of local participating providers in your area. However, when you travel or if you are on vacation, a complete listing of network providers in your new location is available on our website, www.classiccardbenefits.com or by calling our member hotline at 1.888.897.5565.
